Forum Shmorum

I’ve been having trouble with my forum lately. I’ve had forums on both my old and new sites. They’ve never had much action, but I’ve kept the forums in case people wanted to leave longer form comments. A couple weeks ago I discovered over 300 porn postings in there. I didn’t have the time to wade through all the posts to find the few that might have been just about the comic so I wiped the board clean and posted a notice saying what happened. Now I get a posts about cannibus seeds every couple days. I delete the posters and their messages, maybe they’re spam or bots, I don’t know. I’m thinking the forum might be done. I mean, they don’t even bother to post the pot messages in the general topics area. Grrr.
I rarely join forums. I simply read too many comics to join every one. I prefer to post either in comments sections or shout-boxes. But make no mistake; I *really* do read and enjoy O.S.S., even if I don’t necessarily post a comment on it.
