One Small Step

The new MacBooks came out this week and I want one. I’ve been wanting a Mac for years and I can finally justify going back.  My 5 year old Dell is dying and even Dr. House would say it’s time to say goodbye. I’ve had to replace components over the years and now the second video card is kaput. I had “go fever” big-time and was all set to get a MacBook after the new models came out. Then reality hit hard when my wife, Anne, lost her job a couple weeks ago. I guess shoes for the kids and food trump Jobs’ latest insanely great product. I’ll just have to wait.

Anybody have a spare Nvidia 64MB GeForce4 Go Video Card for an Inspiron 8500?
